Agnes Elaine Fitzsimmons

Agnes Elaine Fitzsimmons, age 69, of Libertyville, Ia. passed away July 10, 2010 at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.

Funeral Service will be 10:30 A.M. Thursday July 15, 2010 at Behner Funeral Home with Fr. Stephen C. Page officiating. Burial will be in Fell Cemetery.

Visitation for Family and Friends will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday July 14, 2010 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Agnes E. Fitzsimmons was born October 4, 1940 to Robert Henry and Esther Ripperger Waddle in Ottumwa, Iowa. She married Charles Fitzsimmons Jr. on January 31, 1959 in Ottumwa.

Agnes lived in the Libertyville area for the last 43 years. She graduated from Cardinal High School class of 1958. Agnes was a homemaker, and drove school bus for the Fairfield School District for 30 years. Her hobbies included Jig Saw puzzles, cross stiching, quilting for family members and other needle crafts and enjoyed displaying their Christmas lights.

Agnes is survived by: her husband Charles Fitzsimmons Jr. of Libertyville, Ia., her mother Esther Waddle of Bloomfield, Ia, 3 sons and 2 daughters & spouses; Marvin Fitzsimmons of Libertyville, Philip (Karla) Fitzsimmons of Birmingham, Dianna (LeRoy)Haynes of Libertyville, Susan Booth of Batavia, Jeffrey (Traci) Fitzsimmons of Ollie. 14 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, siblings, Joe (Alma) Waddle of Bloomfield, Donna Lough of Vinton, Ia., Norma (Darmyn)Plain of Marshalltown,Ia., Floyd (Roberta) Waddle of Fayetteville, NC., Judy LaRue of Eldon, David (Barbara) Waddle of Mt.Morris, NY.

Agnes was preceded by her father,3 Brother in-laws and 1 great grandson.
