Anthony Dale Peiffer

Anthony Dale Peiffer, age 48, died Saturday, January 16, 2010 at home.

According to family wishes the body has been cremated. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Behner Funeral Home with words of comfort by Keevin Koch. Visitation will be prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be at a later date.

Anthony Dale Peiffer was born March 28, 1961 to Herbert and Doris Duttweiler Peiffer in Iowa City, IA. He married Patsy Fitzgerald on January 17, 1997 in Fairfield, IA.

Anthony worked at Torino's, and Mi-T-Mart in Fairfield, and other restaurants for 20 years.

Survivors include his wife, Patsy, a daughter and son at home, Samantha and Andrew Peiffer and a daughter, Michele Harris of Jamaica, IA, and one sister, Donna Kaufman, Wayland, IA.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Michael Peiffer.
