Clifford Fredrick Brown

Clifford Fredrick Brown, age 77, passed away at his home on December 26, 2016 around 1:00 PM.

There will be a Celebration of Life from 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Birmingham Lions Building.

Clifford was born to Fred and Beryl Bonnet Brown on April 15, 1939. He graduated from Birmingham High School in 1957. Clifford married Lola Tonkinson in April of 1964. They later divorced.

Clifford started working in the construction field right after high school and continued working for various companies throughout his life. His last employer was DeLong Construction.

Surviving are one son, Terry Brown; two step-daughters, Patsy Skaggs and Bonnie Watson; six grandchildren, Spencer and Sierra Brown, Justin Coffin, Tyra, Kaylee, Jakob Watson; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Beryl Brown; one sister, Barbara (Shorty) Fitzwater; and lifelong partner, Ruth E. Countryman.
