Cynthia "Cindy" Renee Mineart

Cynthia 'Cindy' Mineart unexpectedly departed this earth on May 15, 2017.

She lived in Keosauqua, IA for the majority of her life. She accomplished many things in her short life, but the thing she was most proud of was being a mother to her 2 children, Bryson Edward James and Corrina Marie Mineart.

Cindy was preceded in death by her father, Raleigh Annis Jr., and her former husband, Brock Mineart. Survivors include her children, Bryson and Corrina Mineart, her companion Scotton Starnes, her mother, Lana Annis; siblings Tracy Cardenas, Ricki (Dave) Krcmarik, Patty Lefler, Raleigh 'Capp' (Nicole) Annis and Shelby (Tad) Runyon and her in-laws, Charlie and Gloria Starnes.

There will be a Celebration of Life for Cindy, in conjunction with the Celebration of Life for her father on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at Wildwood Park in Ottumwa IA @ 3pm.

The family is requesting that in lieu of flowers or other memorial gifts, that monetary gifts be sent to 106 Brown Street, Cantril, IA 52542 or brought to the celebration of life to assist her children and family with memorial costs and trust funds for her children.
