Funeral services was held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at The Assembly of God Church on Libertyville Road with Pastor Steve Higdon officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Cemetery.

A memorial has been established.

Dale Kuzmicki was born November 27, 1938 in Iowa City, Iowa. He was the son of Frank Albert and Verda Maud (Manning) Kuzmicki.

Dale grew up in Fairfield, Iowa and later moved to Indiana. Dale served in the United States Air Force. He moved to Fort Dodge, Iowa and later to Eldon, where he met his wife, Eva. Dale married Eva Constance Ann Kodithuwakku in Eldon, Iowa on October 20, 2003. He held various positions in the work force.

Survivors include his wife, Eva, and three children and their families: Dale Allen Kuzmicki, Mark Anthony Kuzmicki and wife LeeAnn, both of Fort Dodge, Iowa, and Emily Kay Johannes and her husband Bruce, of Pocahantas, Iowa. Dale was grandfather to Tony, Brent, Bernie, Bethany, Amanda and Amber. Dale was step-father to Manorie Hillerine Kodithuwakku and Manoj Vincent Kodithuwakku of Sri Lanka. Survivors also include one brother, Marvin Kuzmicki of Fairfield, Iowa.

His parents, one brother, John and one sister, Marjorie Lewis preceded Dale in death.
