Open visitation were held 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Monday, November 28, 2005 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Funeral service was held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield with Pastor Howard Innis officiating. His body was cremated following the service with burial of cremains at a later date.

Donald Dean Reighard was born on March 28, 1931 to Archer and Maggie (Sinn) Reighard. He lived most of his life in the Fairfield area. Don married Regina Wymer in Burlington, Iowa on January 10, 1952. Regina passed away on August 16, 1996.

Don was employed at the Iowa Malleable Iron Company in the annealed department. He was a member of the Iowa National Guard for 24 years and a member of the First Nazarene Church.

Surviving Don is his special friend, Trudy Perry, of Fairfield and a stepson, Donald Hubbs of Fairfield. Survivors include his brother, Cloyce Reighard of Burlington, IA and three sisters: Eva Stever and Edna Manley, both of Fairfield and Wilda Graham of San Diego, CA.

Preceding Don in death are his parents, his wife Regina and one sister, Wilma Edwards.
