Duane Douglas Hinkle

Duane Douglas Hinkle, age 61, was found at his home in rural Lockridge on Thursday, January 26, 2012.

The body will be cremated. There will be a private family service.

Friends may sign the guest register from 9am to 5pm on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at the Behner Funeral Home.

The family requests no flowers. Memorials may be made to the FHS Athletic Department, Attn: Pam Mitchell, 605 E. Broadway, Fairfield, Iowa 52556.

Duane was born on November 16, 1950 in Fairfield, to Harold and Ellen Trabert Hinkle.

He graduated with the FHS class of 1969 and attended Truman State Teacher's College. He lived his entire life in the Lockridge Community and was a farmer on the family farm.

Duane is survived by cousins, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
