Edna Mae Perry age 93, of Fairfield, passed away Saturday November 9, 2013 at Sunnybrook Living Care Center.

Memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 14, 2013 at the First Baptist Church with Pastor James Wotherspoon officiating. Burial of cremains will be at Evergreen Cemetery.

Visitation for family and friends will be 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday November 13, 2013, at Behner Funeral Home & Crematory.

According to her wishes the body has been cremated.

Edna Mae Perry was born September 13, 1920 in Davis County to Harry and Leona (Brown) Lagle. She married James Valentine Perry on August 3, 1940 in Lancaster, Mo. He passed away May 17, 1978.


Edna has lived in the Fairfield area for the last 74 years, she graduated from Selma High School. Edna worked for Fairfield Line Co. for 30 years, and was a nanny. Edna was a member of First Baptist Church in Fairfield. Edna loved children, and spending time with family and friends. She enjoyed volunteering at schools.

Edna is survived by 3 sons and families: Jack Perry of Bozeman, MT, Dennis (Brenda) Perry of Conroe, TX, Steven (Linda ) Perry of Sarasota, FL, 10 grandchildren: Crystal Padilla, Jackie Perry, James Perry, Jordan Perry, Jessica (Perry) Porter, Luke Perry, Megan (Atwood) Owen, Brandon Atwood, Angela & Andrew Powell along with 16 great grandchildren.

Edna was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 6 siblings: Paul, Glen, Vern, Kenneth, Keith Lagle, and Olive Holcomb.
