Florence E Walker

Florence E. Walker, age 84 of Fairfield, passed away October 27, 2013 at Sunnybrook Living Care in Fairfield.

A Memorial service will be held 10:00 am, Monday, November 4, 2013 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church with Pastor Mark Brase officiating. Burial of cremains will be at a later date.

Florence was born February 23, 1929 to John Paul and Marie Frieda (Fredrick) Lauer in Brooklyn, New York. She married Robert Dale Walker June 28, 1975. He passed away May 18, 2009.

She was a Supervisor for New York Telephone, which merged with AT&T, for 35 years. She has lived in Fairfield for the last 8 years.

Florence is survived by her son; John Adam (Mari Ann) Weissheier, 3 grandchildren; Michelle (Jess) Rauscher, Malinda Barnes and husband Bart Richmond and Merlin Weissheier; 3 great grandchildren; 1 sister, Dorothy Lauer of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by her husband; Robert Walker and her parents.
