Glenn O. Tedrow, age 90, of rural Fairfield, passed away Sunday January 25, 2009 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, IA.
Visitation for family and friends will be held Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, IA.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM, Thursday, January 29, 2009 at Behner Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Metz officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Moriah Cemetery south of Libertyville.

Glenn O. Tedrow was born January 20, 1919 to Joseph B. and Grace (Camblin) Tedrow in Libertyville, IA. He was united in marriage with Arlene Elizabeth Williams February 23,1947 in rural Libertyville.
Glenn was a United States Army veteran of WW II, serving in the South Pacific with the Jolly Roger 321st Bombardment Squadron. He was Valedictorian of his Selma High School class. He lived most of his life in Jefferson County, and farmed in Jefferson County and Center Township. Glenn was a member of VFW, Packwood Senior Citizen Center and the Heritage Club, and a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Glenn is survived by his children and their families: Gloria and Phil Countryman, and Charles and Joanie Tedrow, all of Fairfield. He was blessed with five grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and ten step-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Arlene on October 13, 2006, five brothers: Lloyd, Rayburn, Brice, Vern and Murl Tedrow, and four sisters: Bertha, Ellen, Zelda and Mildred.
