Gloria Kay Dalton

Gloria Dalton, age 54, of Fairfield, passed away at her home on Wednesday, June 30, 2010.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Behner Funeral Home with Fr. Stephen C. Page officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Friday, July 2, 2010 at Behner Funeral Home.

Gloria was born October 30, 1955 to Michael and Rita Kitch Van Der Snick. She married Steven Dalton in Brighton on June 5, 1992.

Gloria lived in Fairfield all of her life. She graduated from Fairfield High School with the class of 1973. She then went on to Indian Hills Nurses Training. She was a homemaker and an LPN at Nelson's Nursing Home for 14 years. Gloria enjoyed puzzles, reading, her pets and playing cards with her family.

Gloria is survived by her mother, Rita Van Der Snick, her husband, Steve, 2 daughters, Shannon and Shelly Hinkle of Fairfield and 1 brother, Jim (Diane) Shank of Woodbury, Minnesota.

She was preceded by her father and an infant brother.
