Grace Dille

Grace Dille, age 96, formerly of Birmingham, Iowa passed away December 19, 2013 at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm, Monday, December 23, 2013, at the Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, Iowa with Pastor Danny Cary officiating. Burial will be held at Winchester Cemetery, Birmingham, Iowa.

Visitation for family and friends will be, prior to the service, Monday, December 23, 2013 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm at Behner Funeral Home.

Grace was born January 6, 1917 in Stockport, Iowa to Leslie Clyde and Viola Grace (Beswick) Gregory. She married John Vance Dille August 4, 1935 in Memphis, Missouri. He passed away January 28, 1988.

She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and Presbyterian Ladies Aide. She liked to play cards, gamble and reading.

Grace is survived by 3 children: Myrna Cook of Fairfield, Iowa, Nedra Letts of Coal Valley, Illinois, Marva Richards of Columbus Junction, Iowa; 6 grandchildren: Lori Ann Byers, Leslie Alan Cook, Sean Letts, Stacey Burgert, Jacqueline Holiday and Vickie Holiday, 7 great grandchildren and 3 Great Great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 1 son: Shannon Lyle Dille, 3 brothers: Ernest Leroy Gregory, Karl Gregory, Clyde LaVerne Gregory, and 1 sister: Mary Frances Kauffman.
