Jackie Ollom

Jackie "Tim" Ollom, age 52, passed away at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City on October 21, 2010.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 25, 2010 at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Hornback officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery.

Family visitation will be Sunday, October 24, 2010, from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at Behner Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Jackie "Tim" Ollom and sent to Yodi Ollom 2613 8th Ave. S.E. Altoona, Iowa 50009.

Jackie was born February 29, 1958 in Fairfield, to Roy and Ila Jean Cook Ollom. He had served in the U.S. Army and was a 1976 graduate of Fairfield High School. He was a self-employed Contractor.

Jackie is survived by his girlfriend: Genia Ollom of Fairfield, 6 children: Mike Ollom of Ottumwa, Josh Ollom of Newton, Tami Hager of Ottumwa, Shaun Ollom of Des Moines, Yodi Ollom of Altoona and Darren Ollom of Iowa City, 15 grandchildren and 2 brothers: David Ollom of Des Moines and Todd Ollom of Birmingham.
