James "Jim" Lee Huff

James “Jim” Lee Huff, age 75 of Keosauqua passed quietly last evening with Margaret by his bedside. Such a bittersweet moment, if you must label it something, may you rest forever with our heavenly Father Jim Dandy. He was a good man to his family and those he knew. It has been a long hard road to get to heaven for this man. He never gave up and never gave in. Rest in peace and prayers for comfort to the family.

Per his wishes his body has been cremated and there will not be any service.

Jim was born January 26, 1939 to Caroll and Madaline (Bartholomew) Huff in Keosauqua, IA. He married Sandra Stam and later divorced. He then married Margaret (Paul) Arp February 14, 1998 in Muscatine County, IA.

Jim worked for the State of Iowa DOT and was a farmer. He was a past Farm Bureau member and Masonic member.

Jim is survived by his wife, Margaret Huff of Keosauqua, IA; one son, James (Tammie) Huff of Mt. Pleasant, IA; one daughter, Laurie (Karem) Hamed of Marietta, GA; 5 Step Children, Ellen (Rick) German of Carmel, IN, Ann Arp of Muscatine, IA, Deana (Jeff) Hargrave of Muscatine, IA, Lynnette (Steve) Teel of Buffalo, IA and Justin Arp of Muscatine, IA; 2 Grandchildren; and 9 step Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
