James Everett Sanderson

James Everett Sanderson, age 65, passed away Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at Jefferson County Health Center.

Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 27, 2010 at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Cary officiating. Cremation will follow the service and burial will be at a later date.

Visitation for family and friends will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 27, 2010 at Behner Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the family and sent to 2467 Hemlock Ave. Libertyville, Iowa 52567.

James was born in Mt. Pleasant on October 14, 1945 to Paul Everett and Edith Eugena May Shaffner Sanderson. He married Carolyn J. Kempf on June 30, 1964 in Fairfield.

He moved from Fairfield to Libertyville in 1981. He had been a mechanic and welder for different companies.

James is survived by 2 children: James W. (Rhonda) Sanderson of Fairfield and Sharon Hendricks (fiancAC. Steve Pickard) of Fairfield, 4 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and 2 siblings: Richard Sanderson of Blue Grass, Iowa and Karen Lamb of Fairfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 daughter: Diana Sanderson, 3 sisters: Pauline Job, Phyllis Hall and Bonnie Kempf and 1 brother: John Sanderson.
