Janis Pauline Hensley

Janis P. Hensley, age 61, of Fairfield, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2007 at Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield, Iowa.

A Simple Tribute Ceremony was held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, with cremation following the ceremony. Burial of Cremains will be at a later date.

A Memorial fund has been established.

Janis Pauline Hensley was born May 3, 1946 in Lajolla CA, to Frank L. and Albina Margol Kastelic. She married Harvey B. Hensley July 20, 1968 in San Diego,CA.

Janis has lived in the Fairfield community since 1983. She was a homemaker, and a teacher of Transcendental Meditation.

Janis is survived by her husband Harvey of Fairfield, Iowa and her father, Frank L.Kastelic of San Diego, CA. Survivors include one son and one daughter: Bo Sean Hensley and Ananda Hensley, both of Fairfield and two brothers: Frank Kastelic of Encinitas, CA and Rudy Kastelic of Descanso, CA.

Janis was preceded by her mother Albenia Kastelic.
