Jeffrey "Jeff" Lynn Wyatt

Jeffrey “Jeff” Lynn Wyatt, age 54 of Fairfield passed away, Thursday, September 10, 2015 at VA Hospital, Iowa City, IA.

Per his wishes the body has been cremated.

There will be a graveside memorial service, 1:00 pm, Monday, September 14, 2015 at Evergreen Cemetery with Sheila Parcel officiating. Burial of cremains will follow the service with military rites.

Jeffrey was born December 11, 1960 to John and Juanita (Hostetter) Wyatt in Fairfield, IA. He married Michel Daugherty April 11, 1998.

Jeff lived most of his life in the Fairfield area. He was in the Navy from 1977 –1981 and then joined the Army from 1983-1985. Jeff worked the last two years as a truck driver for Panama. Some of his interests were; hunting, fishing, watching college football, music and he loved animals.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Michel Wyatt of Fairfield, IA; one daughter, Deana (Jason) Sylvester of Camdenton, MO; two grandchildren, Wyatt and Kole Sylvester; two brothers, Bill (Marlene) Wyatt of Fairfield, IA and Kevin (Barb) Wyatt of Packwood; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Juanita Wyatt; and his grandparents, Lula and Henry Hostetter, Vidua and Gorden Stansell, and Palllie Wyatt.
