Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday January 20, 2009 at Behner Funeral Home

Julia M. Bruders was born February 28, 1932 in Chadron, Nebraska to Elmer and Rosie M. Luke. She married Earl J. Bruders on February 28, 1950 in Fairfield, Ia. He died June 23, 1995.

Julia has lived most of her life in the Fairfield community. She was a homemaker and housewife.

Julia is survived by 1 son Earl E. Bruders of Fairfield, Iowa. Cleone Dowing of Indiana, Minnie Green of Alabama, Lydia Miller of South Carolina, Melvin Luke of Fairfield, Sister Ida Kerr of Fairfield, and Sister in Law Twilla Luke.1 Grandduaghter and 2 great grandchildren.

Julia was preceded by her parents, Husband, brothers Elmer , Eugene, and Robert Luke Sr. and 1 sister Dorothy Luke.
