June Marie Blakley

June Blakely, age 58 of Fairfield, passed away Monday, October 22, 2007 at her home.

Following her request, her body has been cremated. Open visitation will be held 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday, October 29, 2007 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, IA.

June Marie Blakley was born December 22, 1948 in Oskaloosa, IA, the daughter of G. Lee and L. Lucille (Clark) Blakley. She was raised in Fairfield and lived all her life in the community. She was a homemaker and the mother of two children, Rick and Danielle.

June is survived by her children and their families: Rick Cook and wife Tammy of Fairfield, and Danielle Skinner, also of Fairfield. She is grandmother to two granddaughters and four grandsons. Survivors include two brothers and two sisters: Jerry Blakley of Grimes, IA, and Kenneth Blakley, Marilyn Kelly, and Carolyn Blakley Hartman, all of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
