Lucille H. Giberson, age 71, of Stockport, IA, passed away Saturday, February 21, 2009 at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua, IA.

Family visitation will be held 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, February 24, 2009 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield. IA.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, February 25, at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Renken officiating. Interment will be in Spencer Cemetery in Stockport.

Lucille Giberson was born November 16, 1937 in Sigourney, IA to William and Marvel (North) Bruegge. She graduated from high school and was employed as a Dietary Aid at Good Samaritan Center in Keosauqua, IA. She was a loyal volunteer of Stockport Days in Stockport, IA. Lucille married Ernest Giberson, and they were later divorced.

Surviving Lucille are her children and their families: William Giberson and wife Rebecca of Packwood, IA, Connie Coberley and husband Randy of Mt. Pleasant, IA, Russell Giberson and wife Toni of Stockport, and Richard Giberson, also of Stockport. She was blessed with 12 grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Survivors include her sister, Loretta Sieren of Brighton, IA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two infant children, a nephew; two brothers: Robert Bruegge and Lee Bruegge, and a sister Edna Loving
