When the distant sun is setting
When your mind from care is free
When of absent friends you're thinking
Will you also think of me?

THE OLD RUGGED CROSS
On a hill far away, stood an old rugged cross, a wondrous beauty I see.
And I love that old cross, where the dearest and best to pardon and sanctify me.
So, I'll cherish the old rugged cross, till my trophies at last I lay down.
I will cling to the old rugged cross, and exchange it someday for a crown.
