Mark E. Reighard, age 38 of Burlington, IA, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2009 at Osage Avenue in Jefferson County, IA.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 17, 2009 at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, IA, with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service at 1:00 PM. Rev. Danny Cary will officiate, and interment will be in Friends Cemetery in Richland, IA.

Mark Eugene Reighard was born in Fairfield, IA July 1, 1970 to Ronald E. and Glenda K. (Cook) Reighard. He lived most of his life in Fairfield, with 10 years residence in Oklahoma, and the last four years in Burlington, IA, where he was employed as a machine operator with Wineguard.

He is survived by his father, Ronald of Burlington, IA, and his children: Tara Reighard of Iowa City, IA, Glenda Reighard of North Liberty, IA, and Quinton Reighard of Chickasha, OK. Survivors include siblings: Michael Cook of Fairfield, Colton Shields of Jefferson City, MO, Cindy Lankford of Burlington, IA, Vicki Reighard of Fairfield, IA, and Bobbie Jo Reighard of Coralville, IA.

He was preceded in death by his mother,and grandparents.
