Mary Louise Neil

Mary Louise Neil, age 76, passed away December 8, 2011 at Sunnybrook Living Care Center in Fairfield.

Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, December 10, 2011 at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Cary officiating. Burial will be in Blue Point Cemetery, southwest of Richland.

Visitation for family and friends will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2011 at Behner Funeral Home.

Mary was born March 24, 1935 in Fairfield, to Andrew and Catherine Dennison Harper. She married Wendell Charles Neil in Kahoka, Missouri on June 15, 1963. He passed away February 6, 2009.

She was a CNA at Parkview Care Center, Jefferson County Rescare and a Home Health Care Aid. She enjoyed Bingo, traveling and taking care of the elderly.

Mary is survived by 4 children: Terry (Charlotte) Neil of Birmingham, Kevin (Michele) Cook of Farmington, Minnesota, Jon (Tammy) Neil of Bloomfield and Cathy (Bob) Lathrop of Richland, 17 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 3 siblings: Barbra Cook, Viola Harper and John H. Harper, all of Fairfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and 1 son: Kent Cook.
