Patrick Connor Morton

Patrick Connor Morton, age 13, of Fairfield, IA, died Friday, January 16, 2009 at his home.

Memorial services will be held 10:30 AM, Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at the Praire View United Methodist Church west Richland with Rev. Dave Nolte officiating. Burial of cremains will be at a later date.

Patrick Connor Morton was born July 31, 1995 to Gregg and Luann Bedell Morton in Ottumwa, IA.

Patrick has lived all his life in Fairfield. He was a student at Fairfield Middle School. He loved his brother, Dodge Power Wagons and trucks, music and school. He enjoyed attending Camp Courageous in Monticello and the Challenger Baseball League. Patrick was associated Prairie View United Methodist Church.

Surviving Patrick is survived by his loving parents, Gregg and Luann Morton of Fairfield, IA, his brother Nicholas, also of Fairfield, honorary brother and sister, Matt Welcher and Jennifer Welcher, both of Fairfield, grandparents Donald Bedell of Spring, TX, and Leland and Sue Morton of Fairfield, IA.

Patrick was preceded in death by his grandmother, Millie Bedell.
