R. Stanley Thrall

            R. Stanley Thrall, 70, a resident of Fairfield, passed away Friday, April 5, 2024 at Jefferson County Health Center in Fairfield.

            There will be no services held at this time. Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield is assisting the family.

            Stan was born December 28, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri, the son of Rufus and Ruth (Smith) Thrall. Stan served his country in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked for General Motors. Stan loved driving his truck.  

            Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Kimberly Halverson of Fairfield; sons, Milo Vieland of Chicago and Eric Thrall of Kansas City, Kansas; daughter, Caitlin Thrall of Kansas City, Kansas; sisters, Phyllis (Robert) Carrasco of Leavenworth, Kansas and Kathy (Dennis) Whisler of Kansas City, Kansas; and brother, Garry (Terri) Thrall of Leavenworth, Kansas.

            He was preceded in death by his parents.
