Rex E. Keller

Rex E. Keller, age 74, of Stockport, IA, passed away Thursday, November 12, 2009 at Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua, IA. His body has been cremated.

Family visitation will be held Monday, November 16, 2009 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield, IA.

A memorial service will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday, November 17, 2009 at Stockport Christian Church in Stockport with Pastor John Griffith officiating.

Rex. E. Keller was born September 5, 1935 in Ottumwa, IA to Floyd R. and Aura L. (Bradfield) Keller, He was united in marriage with Marylin K. Rice in Kahoka, MO on July 7, 1975. He was self-employed as a truck driver and farmer, and was a member of the Stockport Christian Church.

He is survived by his wife, Marylin Keller of Stockport, IA; their children and their families: Debbie & Chuck Taylor of Columbus, IN, Denise & Mike Wells of Stockport, Darren & Sally Keller of Mars, PA, Barb & Doug Svoboda of Stuart, IA, Jon & Amy Weaver of Birmingham, IA, and Billie & Max Harlan of Stockport. Mr. Keller was blessed with 16 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Survivors include siblings: Robert & Lois Keller of Stockport, Roberta Donald of Fairfield, and Richard & Joyce Keller of Fairfield.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Raymond Keller.
