Robert Lynn Taylor

Robert Lynn Taylor age 46, passed away at home on Thursday, July 2, 2015.

Per his wishes he has been cremated.

Visitation for family and friends will be 4:00 p.m. till whenever, Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at the VFW, Fairfield, IA.

Robert was born on August 9, 1968 to Ronald and Emma (Hantschk) Taylor in Nuremburg, Germany.

Robert grew up in Colorado Springs, CO and he moved to Fairfield, Iowa in 1992. He married Kelly Losure on December 29, 1992. He worked as a self- employed contractor in the Fairfield community for 18 years. Robert enjoyed arrowhead hunting, camping, fishing, and spending time with his family.

Robert is survived by his wife, Kelly Taylor of Mt. Pleasant, IA; five children, Shawnty Kline of Pennsylvania, Ryan Taylor of Fairfield, Rebekah Taylor of Fairfield, John Lane of Fairfield, Greg Lane of Fairfield; his mother, Emma Taylor of Colorado Springs, CO; two brothers, Ronnie Taylor of Fountain, CO and Brett Taylor of Fountain, CO; one sister, Nancy Crabtree of Coralville, IA; Step mother, Anita Taylor of Colorado Springs, CO; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Taylor.
