Ronald N. Taylor

Ronald N. Taylor, age 70, passed away Sunday, August 7, 2011 at his home in Richland.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, August 13, 2011 at Prairie View Methodist Church near Packwood with Pastor David Peterson officiating. Burial of cremains will be held at a later date.

Ronald was born February 14, 1941 in Norwalk, Ohio to William and Ethel Bartlett Taylor. He married Anita Rodriguez on September 8, 1989 in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

He was retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years and had served during the Vietnam War. He was a loving and devoted father and husband and a patriot who served his country honorably and proudly.

Ronald is survived by his wife: Anita, 7 children: Ronnie Taylor of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Nancy Crabtree of Coralville, Brett Taylor of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Rob Taylor of Fairfield, Lisa Kline of State College, Pennsylvania, David Ellington and Gary George of Georgia; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren & 3 sisters: Shirley Burris of Milton, Ohio and Nancy Hakes and Bonnie Hehrer both of Norwalk, Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother: Butch.
