Sandra Kay McIntire

Sandra Kay (Billheimer) McIntire, age 63, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at St Luke's Hospital In Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, September 12, 2011 at Behner Funeral Home. Pastor Medea Saunders officiating. Burial with Military rites will follow at Evergreen Cemetary.

Visitation will be held Monday, 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service.

Sandra was born on October 23, 1947 in Milton, Iowa to Arthur Leroy and Gleda Irene Billheimer. She attended Fairfield High School. Sandra was a US Navy veteran having served from 1974 to 1994. When she retired, she held the position of Automated Command Systems Operator.

Sandra is survived by one son: Michael David McIntire of West Chester, Iowa, and two grandsons: Ethan Lee McIntire and Evan William McIntire.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
