Funeral Services wereheld 10:30 AM, Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at the First Presbyterian Church in Fairfield, IA with Rev. Sandra Hanna officiating.

Casketbearers: Pete Tollenaere, Gary Roth, Ray Woody, Lane Bush, Duane Kraus and Bob Wiegert.

Burial Services was held 11:00 AM,Thursday, July 14, 2005 at Grandfork United Church of Christ Cemetery in Highland, IL. VISITATION WILL PRECEDE THE SERVICE AT 10 AM.

Susan L. Kraus was born December 5, 1952 in Burbank, Illinois. She was the daughter of Harold and Dorothy (Klaus) Jeffrey. Susan married Dale D. Kraus on September 11, 1971 in Oak Lawn, Illinois.

Susan was an excellent homemaker and mother of three children, Jennifer, Dan and Julia. She was a receptionist at the Fairfield Veterinary Clinic for a number of years. Prior to that she was a clerk at Martin Drug. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Fairfield.

Susan is survived by her husband, Dale, and her children and their families; Jennifer and Andrew Kearney (and grandson Joseph) of Waynesboro, VA, Dan and Amanda Kraus of Chicagp, IL and Julia Kraus of Harrisonburg, VA.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Linda and a brother, David.
