Susan Florence Samuelson, age 63 of Fairfield passed away January 13, 2013 at University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics in Iowa City, Ia.Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday January 18, 2013 at Behner Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Cary officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.Visitation for family and friends will be from 6:00 to 8:0 p.m. Thursday January 17, 2013 at Behner Funeral Home.Memorials can be made to the American Lung Association. She married Gary Leonard Samuelson on July 21, 1982.Susan was a lifelong resident of Fairfield, She was a homemaker and enjoyed cooking candy, traveling with husband Gary, the local coffee club, and visiting with family and friends.Susan is survived by her husband: Gary Samuelson of Fairfield, 1 son: James (Page) Scovel of Mt. Union, 1 grandchild: Tristan Scovel, 2 Sisters: Dona Pearson of Libertyville and Jane Stephenson of Tucumcari, New Mexico.Susan was preceded in death by her parents.
