Victoria was born to Wayne J. Stahr and Norma J. Maryman on October 15, 1953 in Lake Charles, LA. Victoria married Robert Miller on February 14, 1975. They had three children: Sarah, Joshua, and Katherine.

Victoria graduated from Highland Community College in Freeport, IL, in prepharmacy. She graduated from Drake University in Des Moines in 1997, becoming a pharmacist that year. Victoria worked at Econofoods Pharmacy in Ottumwa from 1997 to 2004. She moved to Walgreen's Pharmacy and by 2008 she became pharmacy manager. She enjoyed working with and helping her patients.

Victoria was very passionate about quilting. She took great pleasure in making quilts for everyone, especially new babies. She also enjoyed knitting scarves. She treasured these gifts of sewing that God gave her. Victoria was a member of the Ottumwa Quilt Guild. She loved flamingos, and going to Florida with Sarah, her vacation buddy ~ sure loved that orange ice cream!

The highlight of Victoria's live was her family as they meant everything to her. Her grandchildren were the brightest light in her life.

Victoria is survived by her family: Sarah Miller of Freeport, IL; Josh (Kersty) Miller of Libertyville, IA; Katie Miller (David Kane) of Fairfield, IA, Robert Miller of Fairfield, and her six grandchildren: Kaleb, Lily, Emilee, Roman, Jaxon, and Spenzer.
